Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team, handling licensing across Latin America and international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to ensure licensing accuracy, compliance and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on licensing expertise, strong attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between publisher requirements and requests across a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Experience with node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience across a broad software portfolio and multiple publishers.
• Ability to manage high volumes and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization.
• Support compliance, audits, reporting, identify cost savings.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Improve SAM processes continuously.
