Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. You will manage licensing across Latin America and other regions, interpret terms, and ensure accurate entitlements and records.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to drive compliance, optimization and timely service delivery. The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and the ability to juggle high-priority requests in a multi-publisher environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals and reallocations and optimize software usage.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
