Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to support a large, multi-publisher software portfolio across LATAM. You will drive licensing decisions, ensure compliance, and optimize software usage in collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and the ability to operate in a high-volume, multi-vendor environment while engaging regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records with purchasing/licensing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting, improving utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
