Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to drive licensing accuracy and optimization across a large, multi-publisher portfolio in Latin America and other regions. The role involves collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to support compliance, renewals and effective cost management.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT Asset Management responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset records including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
