WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licenses and optimize software across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and software publishers to ensure accurate licensing, compliance and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience with diverse licensing models, plus English and Spanish fluency. You’ll operate in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment and drive licensing improvements across the

Qualificações

• Hands-on software asset management experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
• Experience managing broad software portfolios across publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and adapt across publishers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset records, including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Prioritize competing requests and drive process improvements.
