Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to lead licensing decisions across LATAM regions, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliant, cost-efficient software usage. You will handle entitlements, renewals and license data across a diverse vendor landscape.

In a high-volume environment, you will prioritize requests, monitor utilization, and drive SAM process improvements while partnering with regional and global stakeholders to optimize licensing

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM, software licensing, or ITAM experience with significant responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models including node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing requests across full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records, including purchasing/licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to resolve needs.
• Balance competing priorities in a high-volume environment and improve SAM processes.
