Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our regional LATAM team and manage software licensing across multiple publishers. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliance, optimize costs and support audits. Advanced English and Spanish are required for regional collaboration.

You will handle full lifecycle licensing requests, maintain accurate asset records, and drive continuous improvement of SAM processes in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of diverse licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records, including purchasing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and regional reporting for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Handle high volumes and prioritise time-sensitive requirements; improve SAM processes.
