Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio in LATAM and beyond. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and optimize software usage in a high-volume environment.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and excellent English and Spanish skills. This regional position offers exposure to diverse publishers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience or IT Asset Management with significant SAM duties.
• Understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud).
• Experience managing a diverse software portfolio across publishers and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset records including purchasing and licensing info.
