Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage software licensing across a large, multi-publisher portfolio in the LATAM region. You will liaise with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely delivery, compliance and optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy and speed
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers
• Maintain accurate software asset records including purchasing and licensing info
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and software optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements
