WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join a global SAM team that oversees a large software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure licensing accuracy, compliance, renewals and optimization across multiple publishers.

You will interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records, support audits, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to move licensing needs efficiently in a high-volume,

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management with SAM responsibilities.
• Understanding licensing models including node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance or audits.
• Ability to handle high volumes, prioritize and adapt across publishers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset records, including purchasing and licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and costs.
