Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture for education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, build data layers, and ensure airtight data collection from the first click through CRM entry.

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll join at a pivotal scale moment. This remote role offers competitive compensation and ownership over the tracking infrastructure that powers every campaign report.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in marketing/agency.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers, variables, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Pixel/CAPI).
• Hands-on GA4 configuration, events, and DebugView.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment in GTM across a multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client sites.
• Own data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement (tagging plans, QA checklists).
