Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Web Analyst for a remote role with a fast-growing education-focused marketing agency. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture, ensuring airtight data from the first click to CRM entry.

You'll integrate tracking across ad platforms, CRM systems, and Looker Studio dashboards, while building scalable data workflows and enforcing privacy standards. This role reports to the Data & Analytics Manager and supports a scaling client roster.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency environments.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms (Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, with modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and pipeline automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture—connect API pipelines into Adverity and build scalable pipelines to the dashboard.
• Own CRM integration—ensure reliable connections (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead/enrollment data to warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse—design schemas in BigQuery, manage partitioning and storage strategy.
• Own transformation & mapping—build SQL schemas for multi-channel data in dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation—maintain GitHub Actions and secure multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer—create performant views for Looker Studio and Sheets.
