Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a remote role with a fast-growing education marketing agency. You’ll own data ingestion, CRM integrations, the warehouse, and the reporting layer, connecting ad platforms to dashboards and automated reports for education partners.

Bring 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and BigQuery experience, plus dbt or Dataform, Python, and multi-client data governance. You’ll help scale the analytics stack while keeping data quality high.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in a marketing or agency setting.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience with transformation and modeling.
• Proficiency in dbt or Dataform and Python for API connections and pipelines.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) and multi-client environments.
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and related schemas.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM sources into Adverity and warehouse.
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) into the warehouse.
• Design and optimize BigQuery schemas; manage partitioning, clustering, and storage.
• Develop modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming conventions and metrics.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Create Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports for partners.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues across source/warehouse/BI layers.
