Job summary

You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, guide customers through workflows, and perform demonstrations to showcase features. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or tech support, strong English, analytical mindset, and experience with SaaS tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
- Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to conduct live platform demos and explain features.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
- Guide customers through workflows and perform platform demonstrations.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
- Follow up to ensure solutions work and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases and maintain thorough documentation in CRM.
