RateHawk is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote role serving US-based construction-permitting customers. You will combine customer service, technical troubleshooting, and platform expertise to guide contractors and ensure smooth workflow completion.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, enjoys problem-solving, and can explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge. This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes with demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction remains high.
