BriteCore is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role. Join a fast-growing SaaS team supporting construction-permitting workflows across the US, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, guiding customers through the platform, and delivering product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer-facing roles, strong English communication, and familiarity with SaaS products and CRMs.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos and explaining features to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Handle inbound customer calls, providing professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
