Tangible is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role to help U.S.-focused contractors navigate a SaaS platform for construction permitting. You will handle inbound calls, guide users through workflows, and troubleshoot platform issues to keep projects moving.

In this role you will learn the platform deeply, perform demonstrations, support account setup, and document resolutions in the CRM.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or similar.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems, or technology tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or feature explanations is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership when handling issues.
• Proactive attitude with curiosity to learn new tools and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and usage issues.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine action plan.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
