Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. The role focuses on developing the commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering post-well value analyses to clients, with a strong emphasis on technical-to-commercial value translation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in directional drilling and related technologies, with proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and secure long-term contracts.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
