Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage full sales cycles, develop the commercial strategy, and engage operators with technical expertise.

The role requires 10+ years in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, or RSS, strong data interpretation, and the ability to influence engineering and procurement teams. CRM-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
