Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Technical sales to lead the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, and drive growth through strong customer engagement and technical expertise.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality, while identifying cross-sell opportunities across drilling components.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors to drive value.
• Delivering technical presentations and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Maintaining accurate pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence in CRM systems.
