Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and liaise with operators to deliver high-value solutions.

Bring 10+ years in directional drilling or related tech sales, plus a proven ability to translate technical data into commercial value. This role emphasizes collaboration across teams and adherence to HSE standards in the field.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling or related fields.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong communication translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards across all commercial activities.
