Coforge is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - ERP to join our team and deliver scalable ITSM/ITOM solutions across multiple instances.

You will configure, customize, integrate with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs, implement scoped apps, and apply CSDM best practices. Strong focus on security, testing (ATF a plus), documentation, and user training is required.

Remote options may be available in LATAM; we value candidates with certifications and ITIL knowledge to support enterprise environments.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Strong ITSM, ITOM, HAM configuration and customization.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and API development (REST/SOAP).
• Solid ServiceNow administration including user management, workflows, reporting.
• Experience with scoped apps and knowledge of CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on configuration and customization across ITSM, ITOM, HAM modules.
• Design and implement integrations using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Provide technical support across multiple ServiceNow instances and upgrades.
• Develop and manage scoped applications aligned with CSDM.
• Design ServiceNow solutions (forms, workflows, scripts, integrations) to meet business needs.
• Conduct testing and QA; ATF experience is a plus.
• Ensure security with ACLs, secure coding, and platform hardening.
• Create technical docs and train users and admins.
• Leverage Now Assist for automation and predictive intelligence.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow features and optimization opportunities.
