Job summary

BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Operations Service Management team. The role focuses on transforming business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions, optimizing processes, and delivering innovative service management in a global environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration (mandatory).
Strong experience in application design, analysis, deployment, and support.
Implementation experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Enterprise Service Management platform.
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and processes.
Analyze and resolve system and application issues, ensuring reliable solutions.
Drive process optimization and continual service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements and new functionality.
Participate in application upgrades, testing activities, and global technology projects.
