BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Operations Service Management team. The role focuses on transforming business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions, optimizing processes, and delivering innovative service management in a global environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent English skills.
Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration (mandatory).
- Strong experience in application design, analysis, deployment, and support.
- Implementation experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps in ServiceNow.
Responsabilidades
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Enterprise Service Management platform.
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and processes.
- Analyze and resolve system and application issues, ensuring reliable solutions.
- Drive process optimization and continual service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements and new functionality.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing activities, and global technology projects.
