AgileEngine, a leading software development partner, seeks a ServiceNow Discovery SME to lead as platform and infrastructure authority for a large-scale Discovery environment. You will assess MID Servers, discovery schedules, and data health across Linux, Windows, and network components.

You will turn runbooks into structured workflows, collect metrics, and work with engineers to improve coverage and data quality across the environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with ServiceNow Discovery and related components.
• Hands-on with MID Servers, Discovery Patterns/Probes, credentials, schedules, and ECC Queue.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, CIs, relationships, and data quality.
• Strong infrastructure knowledge across Linux/Windows and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously assess the health of the ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem, including MID Servers, discovery schedules/playbooks, target execution, throughput, latency, failures, retries, and discovery coverage.
• Convert operational knowledge, runbooks, and recurring troubleshooting procedures into structured, documented workflows.
• Regularly collect, aggregate, and interpret metrics from ServiceNow Discovery and monitoring platforms to drive improvements.
• Investigate complex infrastructure attributes and relationships to ensure data quality and successful discovery execution.
