ELEKSSoftware Engineering and Development Office in Argentina is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join our team. You will design and implement Change Management and Release Management solutions and lead a POC to demonstrate the platform's capabilities.

You will build integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps), work with client stakeholders, and establish best practices for scalable, production-ready configurations.

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience.
• Experience with Change Management and Release Management modules.
• Experience building REST API integrations with CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of ServiceNow workflow engine and data model.
• Ability to translate client workflows into platform configuration.
• Comfortable in fast-moving POC environments.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Change Management and Release Management apps for the POC.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain.
• Collaborate with Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around workflows.
• Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards.
