ELEKS is seeking a DevOps/ServiceNow expert to configure Change and Release Management for a high-visibility PoC with a US healthcare organization. You will build integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD tools, translate client workflows into platform configuration, and deliver a scalable, best-practices solution.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, CI/CD tooling, and collaboration with client teams in a fast-moving POC environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Change Management and Release Management.
• Experience translating real workflows into platform configurations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflow engine and data model.
• Experience building REST API integrations and webhooks with CI/CD tools.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure ServiceNow Change and Release Management apps from scratch for the POC.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain.
• Collaborate with Release and Environment teams to align with real workflows.
• Deliver a working POC with a roadmap for broader implementation.
• Apply best practices to produce a high-quality, extensible solution.
