Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Client's Team in a fully remote role. You will lead custom development on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in ServiceNow development, strong CSMS expertise, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong command of development best practices and methodologies.
Practical experience in custom development and system improvements.
Advanced English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Leading custom development initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.
Driving improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implementing best practices for ServiceNow development and integration.
Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
