AgileEngine, LLC, a fast-growing software partner for Fortune 500 brands, is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer in Argentina to turn enterprise data into actionable insights using Power BI.

You will design and maintain dashboards, model data, and create reports that drive business decisions. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP sources in an Agile environment. Flexible remote/office options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standard KPI definitions across teams.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
