Job summary

AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile delivery environment, collaborating with distributed teams and SAP/Snowflake data sources.

Requirements include 4+ years of Power BI development, strong DAX and SQL skills, Snowflake or similar cloud

Qualifications

4+ years building Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX.
Excellent SQL and data querying skills.
Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
Experience with SAP-based source systems.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP data sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability; promote reusable data models.
Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics to support decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
