AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong SQL, data modeling (Snowflake, SAP sources), and upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into metrics, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile, distributed teams environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboards and reports experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization skills.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define processes, KPIs, data definitions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding of data to Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
