Job summary

AgileEngine LLC in Bariloche, Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, and cloud data platform experience with Snowflake or SAP HANA, and upper-intermediate English. You will work in an Agile, distributed environment with flexible remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and relational/analytical data experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization to enable informed decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
