AgileEngine, based in Rosario, Argentina, seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will partner with business stakeholders, design data models, and work with Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources in an Agile, distributed team. 4+ years of Power BI experience, SQL, DAX, and upper-intermediate English are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development.
• Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, processes, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics.
• Document data definitions, logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
