Job summary
AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer in Buenos Aires to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources.
English at an upper-intermediate level is expected. You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics across an enterprise
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/reporting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX and best practices.
- Strong SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data or SAP-based sources.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define KPIs and data definitions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs and reporting needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics and visuals.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Onboard data into the data platform including Snowflake and SAP sources.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → BI layer.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
