AgileEngine in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires deep knowledge of Power BI data modeling and SQL, with experience in Snowflake or SAP-based data sources.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics solutions in an Agile environment, with flexible remote/office options

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear business insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data from enterprise sources like Snowflake and SAP HANA.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues from source to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across areas.
