AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to craft Power BI dashboards turning enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders to model data, build reports, and ensure data quality across Snowflake and SAP sources.

Required: 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, DAX, data modeling, and English at an upper-intermediate level. Hybrid/remote teams collaborate across time zones on Agile projects.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based sources.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate processes into technical/data requirements.
• Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data and data availability.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to BI.
