AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role focuses on data modeling, DAX, SQL, and cloud platforms like Snowflake and SAP HANA.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and source-system owners to deliver scalable analytics, ensure data quality, and promote reusable data models in an Agile environment. Based in Córdoba, Argentina.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to identify data requirements.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across departments.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
