AgileEngine in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake or SAP sources, plus upper-intermediate English. You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, onboard data from enterprise systems, and work in an Agile, distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across data solution layers.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data requirements and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise platforms (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → model → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across analyses.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
