AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will require 4+ years of experience in Power BI dashboards/reports, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, with upper-intermediate English. This role offers USD-based compensation and a flexible hybrid work setup across offices and remote teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Mansioni

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source systems to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
