Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer in Bariloche, Argentina to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning data into actionable insights.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, while collaborating with IT and data teams across Snowflake and SAP HANA sources. Fluency in English and 4+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP data or SAP-based sources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to map data availability.
• Support onboarding of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake & SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the workflow.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
