Qualifications

• 7+ years experience recruiting across multiple countries in LATAM is required.
• Significant experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations with candidates and business stakeholders.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specs and market data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong talent slates.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.
