Kelly Services, a global leader in workforce solutions, is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across the Americas. This fully remote role requires coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers, sourcing through multiple channels, evaluating candidates, and maintaining a fair, inclusive process.

You will manage candidate communications, maintain ATS records, and contribute to continuous improvement through metrics and pipeline-building.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience with high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for Americas scope.
• Experience using ATS platforms like Bullhorn/Avature/Workday/Greenhouse or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with HR partners.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for multiple business lines.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet needs.
• Manage candidate communications and provide a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and drive metrics.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
