Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter for a fully remote role supporting recruiting efforts across the Americas. The position requires aligning schedules with Pacific Standard Time and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, and hands-on ATS usage. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, maintain records, and partner with hiring managers to ensure inclusive hiring

• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS

Responsabilidades

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System.
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
