Job summary

AgileEngine in Rosario is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to manage devices, access, and IT support for a remote-first team. You will lead device lifecycle, on/offboarding, and security tooling across multiple time zones.

The role emphasizes strong communication, process improvements, and mentorship of non-technical colleagues. Requirements include 4+ years in IT support, 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred), Google Workspace administration, and endpoint security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred; Jamf/Intune acceptable).
• 3+ years of Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years of endpoint security experience (SentinelOne/CrowdStrike).
• Experience with IT service management and Jira Service Desk workflows.
• Strong access management and user lifecycle governance.
• Ability to lead IT initiatives and train non-technical staff.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Device & Asset Management: manage lifecycle using Rippling, asset tracking, image deployment, logistics.
• User Support & Access Management: handle onboarding/offboarding, password resets, access controls, SLAs.
• General IT Support: deploy security tools, monitor alerts, assist with audits and data security.
• Process Improvement & Automation: document procedures, track IT metrics, propose workflows.
