Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end across Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, and related assets. You will directly communicate with clients, defend your reasoning, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS growth through rigorous audits and hands-on optimizations.

You will manage large monthly budgets, coordinate with the team on feed, tracking, and landing page strategies, and work across GA4, GTM, and Shopify to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with meaningful ad spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution and growth decisions to clients.
• Comfort presenting results and plans directly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand growth as separate funnels with clear KPIs.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto features.
• Own the feed and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and tracking.
• Build landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
