Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the full funnel for DTC brands. You will act as the client’s primary contact, defend decisions, and drive incremental growth across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax.

You’ll audit accounts, optimize feeds, and build landing pages and scripts. The role requires mastery of GA4/GTM and a track record of driving measurable ROAS and CPA improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, not just search.
• Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals.
• Ability to present results and defend recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything, review structure, terms, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing pages.
• Build and ship landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
