Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce brands in a remote setup. You will manage accounts directly with clients, audit before actions, and optimize for incremental growth using NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

You’ll work with GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, and PMax, including landing page and script building. You must communicate clearly in English with clients during US Eastern hours; global remote work is supported.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to present results, plans and reasoning to clients.
• Experience auditing campaigns and accounts before changes.
• Understanding of attribution models and incremental testing.
• Knowledge of feed health, Shopping, and PMax optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts first, including structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strategies.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own the tracking setup in GA4, GTM, and conversions.
• Present results and defend decisions directly to clients.
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
