Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC accounts. You will directly interact with clients, present results and plans, and defend decisions.

You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures, and work across GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, and PMax. You will own feed quality, tracking, and creative bottlenecks, and you’ll build landing pages and scripts as needed using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Audit overtakings: structure, terms, bidding, tracking, landing pages.
• Differentiate Brand vs Non-brand campaigns and report separately.
• Explain attribution and defend it; optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Fluency in English for client-facing communication.
• Willingness to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts prior to touching anything; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report them separately.
• Understand PMax function and differentiate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit asset usage.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promotions, and impact on Shopping.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages or scripts as needed; leverage AI tools for efficiency.
