Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own Google accounts end-to-end, from audits to execution, including Feed, GTM, GA4, PMax, and landing pages.

You will defend your attribution decisions and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes, with the client as your direct contact. You can work from anywhere with a focus on client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships end-to-end (no account manager).
• Experience auditing accounts and presenting findings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts and walk client through findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; manage PMax and GA4 goals.
• Communicate ideas clearly in English and defend optimisation decisions.
