Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end-to-end from a remote location. You will lead audits, manage brand and non-brand strategies, and own the funnel, including feeds, tracking, and landing pages.

You will communicate results and rationales directly to clients in English, with flexibility to work US Eastern hours. You will collaborate across GA4, GTM, Shopify, and Merchant Center while building scalable frameworks and tests.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with real spend on DTC/eCommerce campaigns.
• Ability to articulate CPA/ROAS and actions taken to move metrics.
• Fluent English communication for client-facing work.
• Wamiliarity with end-to-end funnel ownership and attribution strategies.
• Comfort working US Eastern business hours.
• Self-driven, ownership-focused mindset for fast-moving campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end and be the client’s direct contact.
• Lead audits of campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units; optimize accordingly.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Maintain feed, tracking, and landing pages; implement landing-page improvements.
• Build or adapt landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and raise ROAS.
