Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own client relationships and end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands, from strategy to execution, including Feed, Tracking, and creative testing.

You'll defend attribution choices and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes while working remotely with global clients. The role requires fluency in English, a hands-on background with Google Ads, YouTube, PMax, Shopping, GA4, GTM, and Shopify, plus

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Fluent English with strong communication for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and contact.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything and document findings.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with proper metrics.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto-driven features.
• Own the feed and tracking across Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
